Can a 75 gallon glass tank be drilled in the back for a closed loop

It had a 180 gallon on it but we put the tank in the wall so the stand and hood have to go

I have a oak stand and hood the stand is 60x30x30 and the hood is 60x30x12. in good shape but needs cleaning stand and hood made by Natural Woodcrafters $150

I am selling my 65in Mitsubishi 1080p dlp hdtv bought just a little over a year ago I just put a new bulb in it 3 months ago.
