I see a big difference in the WYSIWYG rics versus the 12 pack they sell. My guess is taken with an underwater camera so you dont get the "distorted/filteres" view like we will see when viewing them at home thru the tank-slight smoke and mirrors-IMO, unless of course that gets stated somewhere. Its like looking down into the tank from above as to the side-My Ultra Maxima looks about 100% brighter when I place a viewing box on top and look down as to the side. Very nice rics none the less but.................

I would have to agree those look like doctored photos. They look like Florida rics but I'm new so who knows. I have tried a little color variations on my rics the one red on the right is a yuma, all the rest are floridas. If anyone sees ones in person that vibrant I would love to add a few in my tank, although thta area is a bit full-LOL Here are few of mine, the pics could be a little more clear-still working on the camera skills;

That is the shop I bought mine and I was talking about. It had 3 heads when I bought it about 3 months ago, it now has 4 that will take food and about 10-11 new starts. Pretty good growth -IMO Fantaseas gets those in pretty frequently and at 18.00 thats the best I have seen except for the auctions Perry has on Ebay-I have seen 15-20 head colonies go for 10 ahead

I dont know a paly from a zoo, I guess I should google that. I think I was told these are palys, and they are blue sort of. I have a rock that has 4-5 i'm trying to grow out-if it ever happens I'll give you first crack

Do you like the 20K because of how they make the corals look, or is it because the corals like the 20K more? I ask because I have always ran 20K, but after spending some time on RC exchanging alot of info regarding par readings from name brand bulbs to off brand, I pulled my 20K bulbs out and went back to the 15K just to see the difference. I have 4-65 watt actinics that really help bring out the color. If it was only the 15K bulbs, well lets just say that color does not do it for me. Ihave heard that the 20K bulbs make the colors more vivid but a 14K or 15K bulb will give better growth. I cant believe the difference in PAR readings between the 20K and the 15K. At the bottom oif my tank, which is 22 inches from the bulbs my 20K bulbs give me readings of 200-210, the 15K bulbs 400-410. OMG Those zoos look awesome by the way but when you mentioned how you love the 20K Radium I had to ask. Do you know the PAR values for that bulb? Tanks in advance

If you have not ever tried the Accu-trigger you got to, that alone sold the gun, that and the fact I get sub MOA at 100, 1/2-1/4 MOA with the rounds I load. Not sure what I like more reefing or guns-OK Guns Here is the sickest addition to my "toy" collection-comes with a 30 and 15 round clip; Do you shoot out at Tri-County. +1 for the kent superbuffer dkh, I have a Calcium reactor so I dont have to add KH any more, but when I did the Kent product was what disolved and worked best. My reactor keeps the Ca at 450 and KH at 10.5, so I "set it and forget it"

I just placed all my chalices' and new acros, I really dont have to get rid of it. I'll post it up in RS or RC if needed, I did that with the T5 fixture I tried to sell here. The light sold the same day-Bigger market of course. Thanks for the feedback everyone-I have never sold them, just bought and I always figure at least 100-200% market maybe more at a retail level.
