I used to spend all of my money on building honda/acuras...I built several naturally aspirated & turbo motors over the years, and spent WAY too much money!!! My last Integra had a built 2 liter (sleeved, pistons, rods, P&P head, GT35R turbo, built to the wall). It was my only car, and I got sick of ALWAYS having to work on it & worry about it being stolen. I ended up parting the motor out & selling the car...

thats cool! yeah i'm building up my 468 big block right now for my camaro. It's def not cheap but its an awesome hobby just like reefing is and both are very addicting and expensive (rock2) I haven't really built any turbo engines, just mainly NA. but my 468 has ported and polished heads, forged bottom end, solid roller cam, 1.72 roller rockers and should be good for about 570hp/600tq (naughty)

just to let the classic car lovers that im restoting a 68 ford mustang gold nugget special. i thank we should try to get together this sumer at a classic dinner with all the cars.

oh that's awesome. got any pics? yeah we should all get together somewhere this summer. or we could go to one of the local cruise ins

I'm selling or trading my 87 white NA targa top supra. It has 163k miles and its a 4 speed auto. The paints in pretty good shape with some chips on the targa top and the inside is good just has a small crack in the dash and a small tear in the passenger seat. It runs good. $1500obo

I will also trade for a 91-95 honda civic or accord, 87 and newer camaro, or 93-95 geo metro

i run one also on my 4 bulb set up and it good with alot of blue bulbs other wise it looks weird lol

well some of the ORA is pending at the moment but it sucks that most of them faded a little from mostly falling and me not noticing

They won't do any of those things Merle because then they wouldn't be able to harvest any of that oil. Notice how their "attempts" all involved something on the end of a huge pipe so they could still suck up oil?

 

I'm so pissed over this whole thing. I was watching the news about how they aren't taking any suggestions, like what Jason posted above. They have over 20,000 suggestions rec'd over the phone, with another 20,000+ in email form. And the only person they are asking for help from is Kevin Costner!!!! Granted he has a nifty little machine that takes oil and water at 200gph and converts it to pure clean water, but you'd need 500,000 of those running simultaneously just to make a dent.

 

The most ridiculous part is how they turned down the offer from Saudi Arabia to use super tankers to just suck up all that oil/water so they could extract the oil from it. They cleaned up a larger oil spill in no time, so they know what they are doing. But no, BP won't take help they are above that.

yeah i watched the same new program about that.its so sad! yeah i know thats what i mentioned too impur, about not using the super tankers to extract the oil. it would be alot simpler and would work but nooo..wouldn't wanna accept help

I'd sell the mandarin for $15 and no he's not eating frozen but could be trained to eat frozen. But i don't want to sell him until all my corals are gone since i will need to move rock to get to him

yeah its horrible!! BP is ridiculous!! They are all bastards..other countries even offered to help and the middle east countries recommended they should use tankers to pump out the oil like they did when they had an oil spill and stupid BP turned down both. They need to get there a$$'s into gear and start cleaning this crap up..Yeah Doc, if they could make money off cleaning it up, they would be doing that ASAP!

well the 24 heads of frogspawn and hammer is the total number of heads that i have. There all in the bottom left side of the tank pic on the first page. Its $60 for all of my frogspawn and hammer. No the mandarin isn't eating frozen but you can train him to eat frozen. lots of people have done it successfully
