My fiancee is kinda attached so we will need to make sure they go to a good home. Drop me a PM if interested. the pig is male copper color. ThePremiumAquarium
My brother in law is from Equador and he claims them to be slightly greasy. Personally I would be willing to try it if I ever go down to South America. Only think is, I will definately have to know that it wasn't some poor kids pet lol. Twitterbait
lol, i think eating them is funny, but my fiancee would not be remotely happy. Nah, these guys need a good home with not other threatening pets like cats or anything.
CA2OR
or reptiles....dont forget the reptiles. I have "owned" dozens of GP's. when I had my snakes I wasn't allowed to mention Guinea pig and feeder in the same sentance. My wife I am sure is happy I no longer have snakes. CA2OR
They are pretty cute. I used to have to avoid looking at them because if I did they were going to live. Now I find it hard to believe that I used to feed these, and other cute fuzzy critters to my snakes.
JManrow
I have kept many Guinea Pigs over the years... and I do like them(as pets). Probably the strangest Guinea Pig-like animal I have cared for was a long-legged, web-footed animal called a Capybara. http://www.rebsig.com/capybara/ It was young, and only about 10 pounds or so at the time. What could be cooler that taking your 160 pound Guinea Pig for a walk? I'm sure dogs and cats would give him a lot of space.(laugh) I'm sure you will find suitable home(s) for your pets. They make great pets for kids, and will always let you know when it's feeding time! It is very important to feed them Guinea Pig Pellets, not Rabbit Pellets. They need their Vitamin C!
