downhill_biker Posted December 14, 2008 Share Posted December 14, 2008 i would recommend against one. most of the time in QT you run without carbon in order for any medicine to remain in the tank. you will end up having to remove carbon and other filtration. you need some flow, so just put a powerhead in there. the best way to maintain water quality in QT is with water changes, which most forms of treatment require anyway. just my .02 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
