I thought there would be a bunch of seeds in there and to my surprise there was not much of anything. And as for cutting it just a normal carving knife that I have had for years. I think we got about 8 done last night basicaly I got to scoop out guts and my son carved most of them(laugh) Something wrong with the situationDOH!
