tertansin2
Last week just picked up my new 120 Aqueon dual MegaFlow glass aquarium. I've had a 120 acrylic set up for about 2yrs. I decided to switch to glass because my acrylic tank got so scratch up in 2 years. The only thing that worries me is that the glass is heavier than acrylic. But I don't have to worry about scratching the tank when I clean now. I really like having a glass tank now. tertansin2
Thanks, I actually used the same sand. But I did sift the sand through a strainer to get out the big pieces. It took me all weekend to do the change but it was all worth it. I would like to say thanks to diverdown (Jay) for his help.
180Brandy
You forgot one thing. In the third picture what kind of fish is that? Looks like he is about to outgrow the tank. I would not like to be the one cleaning the "skimmer" on that one. just kidding. Nice tank shots!!!
tertansin2
During the moving I lost a blackcap basslet and a cleaner shrimp. My blackcap jumped out of the 30 gallon garbage can. I didn't know the could jump that high, the garbage can was only a 1/4 full. He jumped about 30" in. +. The cleaner shrimp is just MIA. Not bad but I really miss my blackcap.
