vanz
So i just picked up a used tank, and I just want to be safe and test to see if there are copper traces. What would you guys do? I already cleaned it with vinegar and water.

vanz
hey thanks twitter, never even thought about that. Great idea! How long should the water sit in the tank before copper can leech into it if there are any? Would filling it with some water, wait a few hours and then taking it to the petstore sufficient?
