DavidK Posted January 24, 2018 Share Posted January 24, 2018 On the red sea facebook group there are a lot of people using filter cups instead of socks and they are running this stuff called poly-fil from walmart in them. Oregonic Posted January 24, 2018 Share Posted January 24, 2018 I use polyfil batting. Get it at Walmart, only thing I go there for. Made a filter cup for my reefer out of a bottle I bought at tap plastic and siliconed a ring off a filter sock to it. FYI if u use polyfil it will make your skimmer go nuts for a few minutes.
