In fact i wanted to go about every day, and we only went once :( But we did some great hiking and got some great other shots. My camera is half broken, the LCD screen doesn't work, but here are some pics we took while we were there. gecko welcoming us to the condo one of the cruise ships while we were eating lunch. impur Posted October 4, 2007 Author Share Posted October 4, 2007 Unfortunately the lava was only flowing from the Kahauale'a and Wao Kele O Puna natural area reserves which are only accessable by air. impur Posted October 4, 2007 Author Share Posted October 4, 2007 We drove down the Chain of Craters drive to the ocean where the lava used to pour into the water. I really wanted to see that. But these cliffs are like 30 ft and the water still splashed us. We had lunch on these cliffs. Look at the water. Just awesome More pics of the volcano on the way back up We hit up the Volcano winery on the way back too. Great wine!! I was planning on posting pictures of my Hawaii trip, just forgot. I took some images of the Waikiki aquarium and their corals....just gotta find them.
