SquidHC
Heya guys, Im new here, and new to salt. I need to build, or have built, a sump for my 75g system. Id rather do it myself because Im pretty poor. Anyone know someone who would help me build one, or where I could buy the acrylic to do it with here in portland? The dimesions I have to work with are 26" wide, 15" deep, and 24 inches tall. This is the total space I have in the right half of my stand. I could also build one with two sections, because there is a divider between the two halves of the stand. Anyway, any info would be great. 180Bob
I've purchased acrylic from Tap Plastics in Tigard before. I've heard there are cheaper places in the Portland area. Maybe some one else will chime in. Their website is: http://www.tapplastics.com If you are considering building you own sump, you should also check out this website http://www.melevsreef.com/allmysumps.html Bob

kriswaters
Mastercraft plastics is a little cheaper. I built a 22 gallon sump for $100. A lot cheaper then what you'd pay to buy one. Kris

SquidHC
If I wasn't in an apartment Id love to do it myself, but space to set up tools is an issue. The landlord would be pissed.
