coker98
Since I was unsuccessful at selling my 90 gallon and it was just sitting in my living room, I figured that I might as well set it up nice again. I was reluctant to re-establish but I took a new approach. To me all of the things I sold just seemed like I was thinning out the herd so to speak. So I re-aquascaped and placed my frags and I am very pleased with my results. I thought that it would just be a burden to have it but after a re-do I think I am going to enjoy my tank even more now. Here are some pics for you guys. This is how it looked just 2 days ago. Here it is now after about an hour and a half of scaping and another day of glueing frags. Here is my new crocea! I also got some new fish but they are still to skiddish to take pictures. I ended up keeping the mystery wrasse, blue tang, the pair of true percs and I got a doliatus rabbitfish and a tomini tang. I also changed the bulb configuration on my t5's. It is front to back, actinic, actinic, aquablue+X4, then actinic and then actinic. I really like the color now because it is not so yellow. coker98
Here was the previous configuration and at first I liked it but as time went on I found that I was limited in my placement of corals. I grew unhappy with it and the maintenance seemed forced and unwanted. The swimming space was probably my biggest concern as it was limited and I couldnt even rearrange anything. I really like the new setup and I even made my own DIY kalk dripper. I expect that things will grow back shortly and the way that I want them to and where I want them to. Thanks for looking.
