omarortiz Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 Just wanted to see if anyone local had some extra sand lying around. I'd prefer dry sand, but wet will do. I am looking to add sand to a pico and wanted to do a a small amount of sand on the bottom of the tank for aesthetics. I only need 3-4 pounds. I am resisting buying a full sized bag of sand and I am not a DSBer. I am running the pico/nano bare bottom for now with some egg crate to protect the glass.
