cellowithgills
I've got 6 liters of freshwater nannochloropsis that were using for daphnia. I'm just wondering if it would be a problem if I said it to a marine tank. I don't think it would survive, but stuff may still eat it. What do you think? thenautilus
Aquabid and killie forums if you want to get rid of the stuff. I wonder if you increased salinity slowly if the culture would increase in the micro-organisms that could handle salinity and overtake the colony, leaving you with the desired result. You probably will just end up killing the whole culture...Guess I could have waited till tomorrow to tell ya..oh well.
MVPaquatics
The daphnia or the algae? Daphnia is fine. Not sure on the algae. I assume there shouldnt be too much harm as long as there wasnt so much added it decomposes in tank. Way too much could cause a hypoxia event
