psaprilcruz
What kind of epoxy do you use for the foam walls? would the smartpond sealant foam, or the tetra waterfall foam from lowes work for the walls?
psaprilcruz
Ok so I want to bring this back up before I start the wall tomorrow. I found the touch n foam pond foam, so here is my question. Do I have to epoxy it or can I just leave it? I am not planning on adding any color to it as I know it will be covered with coralline and other algae before to long.
pnkrcklives
The pond foam is an adhesive foam. Sprayed directly onto a tank it will for a prety permanent bond. PM aquaticengineer he has alot of experience making them. He has some threads on how to do it as well.
psaprilcruz
Thanks I am going to try something like the wall he did for the cold water system in the diy section.
AquaticEngineer
No need for epoxy over the pond foam, it is designed to be used in water and is UV resistant.
