cellowithgills
I went in to feed this morning and I heard the unmistakeable sound of fish leaving water (scary). I thought that maybe something just splashed at the top of the tank, but while I was feeding, I noticed that my McCosker's/Carpenter's flasher wrasse hybrid wasn't out feeding. So I took a look around the tank with a flashlight and sure enough, he had jumped. So I quickly grabbed him and put him in a jar of tank water and blew him around with a turkey baster and seemed to come back fine. He was out of the water for at least 3 minutes, but he's out and happy again. Lucky I was there....
Islandoftiki
I had one of my dwarf freshwater shrimp leap out of it's tank a couple weeks back two minutes before I walked out the door. Boy was he lucky. I've never seen a shrimp jump before. Didn't even know they could do that.
