Dobler132
Over the past 2 weeks my neon green toadstool has a spot that has grown white and now has a hole the entire way through. Could this be do to parasites? nudibranchs? or just plain bad water params? I just did a water change today. Everything else in the tank seems to be doing great. The rest of the toadstool is looking just fine as well. I know they're pretty hearty, so should I just try and cut that part away or do some sort of dip? cellowithgills
Nevermind, I looked at the picture after I posted. It looks like it's splitting for you.
Dobler132
No, not that I'm aware of. Would they do this kind of damage?
cellowithgills
My Toadstool has a small hole that I'm almost positive was caused by the starfish eating it.
Dobler132
Hmm. I was unaware that toadstools split, but after some research you might be right. Well if anyone else wants to chime in with ideas, they're more than welcome to. I hope that its just splitting.
ThePremiumAquarium
Looks like it is getting ready to split of a baby or two. Completely normal and kind of fun

Gabe
Looks like a split to me. My green has never done it, but have had whites do it many times.
