Neon Green Toadstool help

Over the past 2 weeks my neon green toadstool has a spot that has grown white and now has a hole the entire way through. Could this be do to parasites? nudibranchs? or just plain bad water params? I just did a water change today. Everything else in the tank seems to be doing great. The rest of the toadstool is looking just fine as well. I know they're pretty hearty, so should I just try and cut that part away or do some sort of dip?
