cellowithgills Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 I talked to Miles the other day about how the water/bubbles in his skimmer looked completely different from mine. His was completely white and you can't see in more than maybe a 1/4". He said that I needed to reduce my flow and up my air intake, so I went to work looking online for some inspiration. I'm not paying $20 for one. So, I took some threaded 1" PVC, siliconed a cap on the end, drilled a hole in the side and in the cap, screwed it onto my skimmer, and now, it's a whole new beast! And while I was messing with it, I noticed that it does not have a mesh mod like the guy said (should have looked sooner anyways). So can someone point me out how to do it?
