For a drain/overflow, the max usually acheivable by 2x 1" bulkheads is about 11-1200gph. For a closed loop pull you can get about 3000-4000gph depending on the pump you are using in the closed loop. Again more or less depending on the pull power of your pump. Also water weight and in turn pressure on a downwards whole(or two in this case) can help aid this. i.e. the lower the whole sits below the surface of the water, the more water weight/pressure.
