epicenter
I have a nasty worm also that eats leathers like crazy, & also frog spawn. I almost caught him but broke it in half now I have two. I have no idea how to do a fresh water dip on the rock when every rock is covered with coral this would devastate a sps tank. I have tried many different traps & all has failed. If you find something that works let me know. Good Luck............
grassi
Just consider that worms don't like Interceptor, or Praziquantel. If you dose interceptor as you would do for red bugs, you would see most of the worms that are usually hidden. They wont die, but you can catch them easier
Gilliroo
Oh, interesting idea, Alex! Will interceptor hurt any of the other inverts? I'm rather fond of the starfish, but I could always put them in our SPS tank for a while. Off to do some research now...
grassi
There is always some risk Gillian. I would try something else first, but keep it as an option.
Gilliroo
Ah, I see that only the shrimp, crabs, and pods are at risk. And the worm(s).
Michael7979
There is a chance that Intercepter will kill any invert so beware of that risk.
epicenter
I tried the interceptor regiment & did not see or notice a single worm, until of course all was clear with water changes & carbon. Those things are crafty.
