Nate
As the title says. I was reading on another site and figured I would give it a shot. Does anyone here do it? Has anyone done it and had a problem?
TheGooseWhisperer
My wife bought me a bunch for my birthday when I first set up my tank and I ended up cycling the tank with it. Only thing I can really say is to watch your alk very closely. It doesn't have as much buffering capacity as most salt mixes in my experience. jgf86123
True NSW is the best way to go to be honest, it's just really hard to get here locally. Talk to Kevin of Aloha Corals, he can probably fill you in on it, cause I know that that's all he uses.
newfisher
My wife used it for several years on her fowlr tank. I've heard same with alk for reefs. In sandiego they have hose bibs on the peirs, you just fill up containers for free!
Nate
I think I'm going to try it on the 110. In the summer I go to Florence at least once a month to go riding so it would'nt be much hassle to fill a barrell everytime I go.
