jennmac415 Posted September 25, 2010 Share Posted September 25, 2010 SO.... since my 180 gallon and all of my equipment is in storage and it may be awhile until we buy a house, I couldn't stand it and decided to set up a nano in this cracker box apt. (naughty)I bought Ron Popeils (Jordan) 11-12 gallon nano and went yesterday and got about 11 lbs of rock and about 10 lbs of sand and cycled water from Rose City ...so it is all set up... problem is, the shelving unit that I bought to put it on does not seem stable enough....of course, I am trying to do this a a budget since I already have about $10,000 worth of stuff waiting for a new house...we have VERY LIMITED space in this cracker box and putting the nano on a dresser or counter is NOT an option....any ideas what else I could use that would be sturdy enough??? OR does anyone out there have a cheap stand they would be willing to sell???? I am anxious to get a couple of fish in this so before I do that I would like to switch the sheving thing for a more sturdy stand. thanks for any ideas......
