NoobtoSalt
So I have a Blue Hippo Tang that is aprox. 5"-5 1/2" super fat but needs a larger tank to hang out in. My question is what's a reasonable price for it? If you check out me 75 gallon tank thread you will see plenty of pictures of it since it's a camera hog. I have a few people that have shown interest (including a LFS) but I don't know what to ask for it. I have seen smaller ones in LFS for $70-$80 but are they really getting those prices? I don't mind getting someone a good deal on the fish but I also don't want to be left out to dry with a bad deal. Let me know your thoughts. MarkBirkett
Blue Hippo Tang When I bought my two Blue Hippo Tangs from a member I got a 5" one for $30 and a 4" one for $25 Your asking price depends on how quickly you want to get rid of your fish. If you are looking for a smaller fish, offer it up for the best trade offer.
NoobtoSalt
I'm actually not looking for any more fish, more like an RO/DI unit or Metal Halide bulbs. I guess I can look to see what I can come up with. Thanks!
