Beckie
Tank is a 150 gl. I currently have a sump that is 36 in x 15. It is split almost in half to accomidate a refug. in the back half. That leaves 8 1/2 x 17 in for a skimmer. I just can't find one that will fit in that space. I was thinking of adding a box at the end to hold a skimmer. I am worried about connections leaking and how to keep tham dry until it sets up. It have even looked at new sumps and thought I might have to have one made to incluld all I what in it. That is getting into big bucks, to many flooded storys so I wanted to stay away from external. Any other ideas? Beckie
h2odvl
Here is a skimmer rated to 150 with a foot print of 9x7x20. I know impur was on and really likes it http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/showthread.php?t=17990 If you want to add on you can get two uniseals from BRS and put a piece of pvc to connect them just have to drill two holes. No waiting time just cut and install.
ReeFit
SWC is a great brand and it works really well. Couldn't be happier with mine.
