I would like to thank all of you who have helped me out be it with info and knowledge or loaning me their fish trap many weeks ago that I still have not returned but has never even once questioned me about(never can thank you enough Saltfinsax for you generousity and patiance, I will return it I promise) and Garrett and Rick for their trades that were far more in my favor then theirs (and Rick I havent forgot the pics I just dont get the chance to leave for my own pleasure often, I will get them eventually) . The Nano Tank and all the other people who have bought stuff from me or given me things free because I could not afford them. THANK YOU ALL!!!! Now to make a long thread longer as some of you know I've had trying week. For some of this to make sense I must start at the beggining ( dont worry this is a sale ) I had some good luck last week and my wife and I thought it would be good to "share the love" we dont have much but when good goes our way we like to share so we randomly picked up a homless couple for a week (they did find permenent housing while with us). The male of the couple helped me to get a used 140g home which promptly got broke (no big deal it was only $20). I need to shorten this thread so today after dropping our house guest off at their new home my altenator went out in camas. thanks to a few good souls I was able to limp it close enough to home for our RSA to cover a tow. As I have been out of work since Sept. of last year for health resons all of our reserve funds are depleted ( have been selling our stuff off slowly as need be). Costless says they have my alt. for 69.99+ tax + $30 core. I only have few thing worth that much left one is my tank the other is a coop of pigeons that was donated to me not long ago (I bread pigeons in high school and really wanted to raise and fly them again) I really dont want to get rid of either one unless I really have too. Comprimise So maybe I can find some one here who would buy a really big rock off me its at least 50-60+ lbs I have never acutually wighed it but it would cover 95% of the back on a standerd 29g My high school friend I got the tank from has had it with the tank for nearly 10 years If I could get about $150 out of it that would be ideal but beggers cant be choosers I would rather sell pigeons and coop instead for the rock but whatever will get me to my goal witch is of couse our 1 family vehical running again. brass tacks: big a$$ rock with mushrooms, xenia and ? $150 obo Pigeons and coop $100 (I didnt buy them but they are loved and have value) Sorry for the long thread I just need to explain and maybe vent a little(lot) the rock IS the left side of the tank from top to bottom covering the overflow Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
