impur
My American Pale Ale was so good and I'm down to a 12 pack so i had to brew some more up this weekend. I got a corona grain mill and milled my own grains this time. I also upped the grainbill slightly, going from 8LBS 2-row to 10LBS. I hit my numbers perfectly!! Mohaynow
NICE!!!! I got a keg setup a couple months ago. You may never bottle another beer again. Kegs are the way to go. What are your plans for a kegerator?
impur
I'm just going to use a normal small fridge and the picnic taps that come with the kit.
Mohaynow
Right on, I have a normal fridge that I scored for free on craigslist. Works really well, and theres even enough room to put a carboy in there for making pilsners.
impur
Very nice. I've got one of those tiny cube dorm room fridges that i'm going to gut the cooling unit out of and build myself a fermentation box for lagers and to help keep my ales at a consistent temp during fermentation.
