racefan Posted March 24, 2010 Share Posted March 24, 2010 I bought some Precision KH Buffer from the LFS in Longview,when I got it home & opened it up it was caked solid,hard as a rock. I sent Blue Life an e mail asking them if this was normal for their product. Jeremy @ Blue Life assured me it was not & if I would send him my mailing address he would send out a replacement. Well a couple weeks? or so went by & I got an e mail from Jeremy saying when I sent my original e mail they were going through a remodel of their web site & switched servers around the time of my request & long story short, in the process lost e mails & just retrieved them. Well today I get a knock on the door & Fed Ex is there with a box from Blue Life with a replacement KH Buffer & for my troubles, a bottle of Magnesium & a bottle of Calcium supplements!
