jason7504
I'm thinking about making a spray bar out of PVC for my pacific coast 15.5g tank. I'm thinking about taking it from my return nozzle and going across the back wall. whats the best way to make the holes along the bar? just drill them? jgf86123
That's what I would do, drill some, oh, 1/8th inch or less holes.

jgf86123
I'd cap it personally
jason7504
ok then i will probably cap it..why 1/8" or less holes? and i will probably paint it black so its not as noticeable. does anybody know what kind of paint is reef safe? lancecobb1
when I did mine I used krylon the kind for plastic...I never really checked if it was reef safe, so far so good! I used 2 spray bars going along the right and left walls of the tank shooting twards the middle and seperated them with a scwd. when the current changes you can kinda see a wave its pretty cool. jason7504
the calfo manifold is nice but i think its too much for my small 15g tank
AquaticEngineer
Put some pics up when you get it done, I've been thinking of switching to spray bars with my SCWD setup on my 15 gallon.
