It has a seperate switched cord for two 9w blue tubes and fan....$75.00 Not sure which ballast the cord will fit i rewired the other one for a PFO. It looks like it is an exact match for the ones I have already. If so it would sure look nice right between them. Are you open to trades? If so I'll give it some thought. Looks like the exact same fixture, no glass. I paid 75 for it just trying to get my money back. This is not a PFO I rewired the one I have for a PFO ballast, maybe I paid to much when I bought them I really didnt look around seemed like a good fixture for what I needed. Rick Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 Looks similar but it's smaller (unless it's different from mine which are 16" long), doesn't have the 4" fan, and also doesn't have the extra lights.
