tidalsculpin Posted August 28, 2009 Share Posted August 28, 2009 Hey all, I was thinking about how there has not been an event in the South for a while and thought of an idea. Many in Oregon enjoy going to the Civil War Game. This year it is Thursday, December 3rd in Eugene. We could have the meeting after the game I would be willing to host it at my school on Sunday or Saturday. I thought we could have a twist to it; Beaver and Duck colors. We should focus on buying a few large colonies to frag at the event. A nice orange acan or micromussa, a bright green large neon candy cane colony. This might conflict with the Christmas Party but I thought I would put it out there. It is just a different idea and not set in stone. It would give many members from the South and C.O. a chance to meet up. Give me your thoughts on this board members or anyone interested.
