Rick Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 Today I dropped by SWF and asked Patrick to order an impeller for a skimmer pump I picked up over the weekend. Patrick called his distributor while I was there and about 10 minutes later I had the replacement impeller in my hands. He not only ordered it but also had the guy hand deliver it ASAP. IMO that is most definitely going above and beyond. Thanks Patrick BTW, Once I installed the impeller the pump went from annoyingly loud to pleasantly quiet.
