defigart Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 Hey everyone, Greater Portland Aquarium Society has asked me to help spread the word on thier next meeting which is February 24th at 7pm Now not to sound self promoting but I am the speaker there this month as well. I will be speaking on Tangs. The talk will be an basic introduction. We are looking forward to seeing some of the GPAS folks again. Greater Portland Aquarium Society was very helpful in the early days of our Marine Aquarium Club. They helped us bringing in guest speakers such as Dr. Ron Shimek, Dana Riddle, Stanley Brown, John Walch, LeRoy & Sally Jo Headlee and others. Let's all show up and show our support! I had a great time as a GPAS Member. They are a great bunch of people... you might even get a deal on some equipment at the auction or raffle while you're there! I know it's on a Tuesday night, but we always had a good time at the meetings and we were always glad we went! It should be over by 9:00 PM. The place is easy to find at NE 57th & Sandy.
