did you ever find a piece of this? I was going to be placing a BC order in a couple of months and you can hop on it if you want. I am actually looking for the same two pieces.
I picked up a red gecko frag from Cuttlefish and Corals last week. They've got some in their propagation system so it's available locally.

As the title says,
Is there anything I should do out there.?. It’s gonna be my first Reef expo and want to make the best of it…
I hope to get a picture with Dr. Tim… lol
Maybe March from FragboxTV…
idk if I would risk buying a coral, tsa in California can be pretty intense but who knows.?.
How was it? Did you end up getting anything and flying it back? I wish I had seen this earlier, before coming to the PNW I was down in LA and an active member of SCMAS & IEMAS where we helped host the coral farmers markets and Reef-A-Palooza show. Not sure if Garretts acropolis was down there this year but he has always had some of the best coral and prices. He also has about 3/4 of my old SPS collection that I gave to him when we moved!
Any good pics or coral finds from the show?

Awesome!! Hope everything keeps plugging right along for you.
Thanks! I'm super excited to restock my Sps collection, I can't belive the collections some of the local reef keepers have up here! Most of the equipment plugged right in and fired up without skipping a beat from the last configuration. I've got the lights up again and I'm repainting the canopy and stand skin

Finally finished moving in and getting the 225g full of water to finish cycling. Hope all my old apex gear, pumps, lights, etc still work. I've lost some space under the tank as I don't have a remote sump anymore. I am still on the fence about the ato/mixing station I made as I could use the space for the CaRx and some other gear. I'll run kalkwasser for a while and see how it goes.
I need to paint the skin and redo the canopy. Should take a weekend or two at the most. Big thanks to Cuttlefish and Corals for helping me test for ammonia and dial in my Refractometer this weekend!!
I've got a pretty lengthy restocking list so I hope some sps enthusiasts are in the Portland area!!

Hi Everyone,
We recently relocated to Molalla, Oregon - been keeping reef tanks for 14 years. Did not have great success in the move and lost all of my coral and most of my fish. It has already been a year and I have yet to set the 225g tank back up. Looking to get back into it in the next few months! Hope to participate in the PNWMAS events and club meetings. I always heard great things from the SCMAS Reef club that I was a part of before down in SoCal.
Pic of the tank before I took it down for the move
Thanks!

Thanks! It's just my Samsung ultra phone camera. I did get a new orange gel filter to help balance out the blues and white balance. For macro coral shots I use a tamron 90mm macro lens and a Canon rebel camera.
