  1. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am moving.

I have a Fusion 20, that at one time was a really healthy system.  I haven't been staying at my home much so I haven't been able to maintain it the last 3 months and GHA has moved in. I'm pretty ashamed at the current condition of the tank to be honest.  I really need to break down the system and be done with it. Everything is about 18 months old. I can send pics if you need them. Everything you need for a sweet nano is here, it just needs more love and attention than I have right now.  If I was to keep the system, I would buy new rock and substrate, and place all the corals on the new rock.

    Equipment:

Fusion 20 upgraded mj 1200 return pump

IM Stand, black, no water damage

    Intank Media Baskets

    Fuge light

    IM Ghost Skimmer

    AI Prime

    Tunze Nano ATO

    Eshopps ATO Reservoir

    Jebao Dosing pump

    3 compartment Dosing reservoir

    Ecotech MP-10 Quiet Drive

Everything fits in the stand for a clean look

25# live rock- needs to be cooked and start over

Live Stock left: all coral sizes are approximate.

3 RBTA's  not bleached or unhealthy, there might be 4, they're in a cluster on one side of the tank

    1 Oregon Blue Tort  3x4

    1 pink stylo 4x4

    1 green stylo 2x2

    2 Forest Fire Montipora 3x3

    1 Orange Montipora 4x4

1 bright green euphyllia -about 12 heads maybe more (about softball size)

    2 heads rainbow acans

6 -8 heads of orange & green acans

    1 lrg Setosa 5x5

1 large frag purple/blue stag horn

    1 sunset montipora

other stuff and a few zoas

    Hermit crabs

    serpent starfish

    tuxedo urchin

    1 false percula clown

    Misc:

4 15# full jugs of kent salt plus two partial jugs

box of various additives, supplies &water change buckets etc.

There's a fair amount of stuff here,  I don't want to part it out, so I'm selling it cheap- $500 for everything, you have take it all.  I'm in Beaverton, near Costco. We can arrange a time to see it if you're serious, please don't waste my time. Please PM if interested. Again, I will not part it out. First person with cash gets it, I won't hold it. Thanks for you're interest.

  2. Thanks, I like bow fronts, but haven't ever owned one. Hopefully, I'll continue to.. The stand and hood are solid wood and custom made. I like the additional height of the tank for a few nice fish. Keeping the rock work to a couple pillars and a smaller island or two. For lighting I'm thinking a couple of the new Hydra 26 HD's should be plenty.

  3. I've maxed out the Fusion 20, so time for a bigger tank! I picked up this acrylic 80 gallon bow front in Seattle. The tank has a center overflow and 1 return, I'm considering drilling it for a second return.  i would like to keep this system as quiet as possible.  I'm building a 29 gallon sump/refugium for it right now, still messing with the baffle layout.  Theres a rough draft on the photo. I plan to continue the mixed reef, focusing on SPS though.  The Fusion will become a frag tank.

Here's what I'm thinking so far:

    80 gallon tank

    29 gallon sump/fuge

    2- Hydra 26 HD

    2 MP-40's

    Eheim Compact 5000 return pump

    Possibly a GFO reactor

I haven't done much in the way of tank plumbing so advice on keeping it quiet and efficient will be gladly accepted!

Just getting started, I have a couple photos, more to come-

  4. I have a Fusion 20 too, it's loaded with SPS and some LPS. I do 2 gallon water changes twice a week and still need to dose 2-part daily, I dose Acropower every 4 days. I have good, consistent growth in my system. The Jebao dosing pump is a great deal and has worked well for me. Make sure you set up an ATO as well.

They're fun little tanks, good luck with your build!

  5. It's time to upgrade my tank. Just looking around here to see if anyone has anything-

    Wish list:

75-90 gallons- prefer glass, overflow(s) and drilled for returns

    decent stand- canopy not necessary

     sump with room for refugium.

any extras, vortechs, skimmers, return pump,

Not in a huge hurry, but if the right one comes along I'm ready to buy.

    PM me please.

    Thanks

  6. Premium Aquarium in Salem had a lot of different acans in stock yesterday, Cuttlefish and Coral had quite a few acan frags too.  I picked up some rainbows and a couple other Aussie acans from Premium, they're running a 'buy 3 get one free" on acans right now. Worth the trip, nice healthy stuff.

  7. The tank is shallow 13".  I can hang the light at pretty much any height necessary. I have some of the SPS up top and some in the middle and others toward the bottom. Everything is growing well, so far. The current lights are just 6 blue and 6 white LED's on the skyye lights - 36 watts total.   Here's a pic of the tank from a couple weeks ago.

  8. I'm going to upgrade my lighting on my Fusion 20 nano. Just curious if anyone has experience with or opinions on the  AI Hydra 26 or EcoTech XR15w Pro.  I'll be replacing the 2-18 watt Skyye lights that came with the set up. I like the current lights, but I'm filling the tank with SPS and I really think a full spectrum light will be better overall, especially coloration.  I was going to go for the new AI Prime but it only covers an 18" x 18" spread and I need 24". For the record, I have had good growth with the Skyye Lights on my SPS but the coloration isn't where I think it should be. It's not due to water quality, my parameters are in check. Thanks for your input.
