I have a little Tex and love it for everything but steaks, just dosen't get hot enough. My favorite grill is my Solaire Anywhere portable Infrared Grill, all stainless steel, american made. It cooks the best steaks I have ever had. It's also great for chicken, fish and anything but roasts. There not cheap but this size is perfect for me and my wife.
