Jebao 20000 is installed and dead silent.  Wife is happy.  Less flow with the 20000 open full bore vs. the Barracuda dialed down a bit but that's okay.

Pump is pending to TheClark.  Will confirm sold once we can meet up.

Funny you mention it, I have the Jebao DCP 20000 coming tomorrow.  Glad to hear it is silent.  

 

If the Reeflo was located anywhere else it wouldn't be an issue.
 

Had this pump for a while and finally got it installed on my 400 gallon and my wife says it's too loud for the living room (has a definite hum).  It has 2 days of use on it (freshwater) and growing.  Going to try a submersible DC pump instead for that dead quiet aquarium.

Has both impellers and a new seal (barracuda impeller installed, easy to swap though).  Located in Orting, WA.  $275 OBO.

I can get photos but it is literally exactly like you imagine it would look.
