  1. Dimensions are 25"H x 30"L x 18" D. It's a tall tank!

The skimmer is an Aqua C Remora Pro with Mag3 pump.

No sump--in all actuality there is probably almost 50 lbs of live rock (3 yrs old and full of life!). That, combined with the additional circulation provided by the canister filter (which also hosts cope/amphipods) allows me to run this setup with no complications.

    The light fixture is a 24" outer orbit with 1x 150w mh (14k I believe) and 2 65w cf's.

The fixture also has 4 leds, but they have always flickerd, so I never use them.

Aside from that the fixture is in excellent condition!

  3. Thank you!

I really, really enjoy the camera and taking pictures of the aquarium.

I had a hard time getting the pods to pose

I do have my eye on the D3 (drooler) --though that won't be happening anytime soon!

  4. Wow, you take some amazing photographs. Care to share any tips? :) What sort of equipment are you using?

I really like the cleaner shrimp picture. Your focal length is really good. I can never seem to get that much of mine in focus even if I stop down a lot.

for every good photo, I have about 50 not so good ones--gotta love digital!

Been getting good results using a Micro 60mm on a tripod.

    What are you using?

  5. Hi.

I am new to the forum, but not as new to the hobby.

    3 years ago I started with a 29g fo.

    Then fowlr.

Then fowlr and 1 coral plus new lights.

    Then...

Currently the 29g houses a pair of mated Clarkii's with the first anemone I bought 2 1/2 years ago.

They spawn every ten days with an 8 day hatching cycle.

The anemone has outgrown the 29g at this point.

I also have a 56g reef--mostly softies, 75lbs lr with 2 scarlet cleaners, a mated pair of A. ocellaris and a juvenile Centropyge potteri. And Moe, the lone blue Chromis.

I am almost finished setting up the 100g w/30g sump/refuge--should be up and running in 2-3 days.(clap)

I look forward to meeting some of you at this afternoons meeting.

There is a link to my "homepage" in my profile--I think. (not so web saavy)
