Frag of at least 7 red people eaters
Frag of 4 peach zoa's
Frag of 8 Armageddons

I also have a litermeter 3. I absolutely love it. Very easy to dial in and get your parameters spot on. I've had mine for 2 years and it hasnt missed a beat.
-
You have some really lovely aquariums.
Thanks for the frags!

Who makes the product? I haven't heard of it.

I have used Salifert for years also. I now have the Elos mg kit. I tried the Elos calcium kit' date=' but hated it. I know Tim at Westside uses API kits for all his parameters. His stuff always looks good. What I don't like about the Elos kits is that it is hard for me to see the color change, especially on the KH kit. I use the Tropic Marin KH kit right now.[/quote']
That reminds me. I need to check out Tim's store since it's so close to my house. I'll ask his views on the API's

I guess I'll be ordering some Elos kits then. I don't want to lose anything due to a cheap or inaccurate test kit.
-
Which test kits is everyone using?
3 years ago when I started out I got Salifert but had a lot of trouble with the Salifert KH test kit. The kit would read a much higher KH level than was actually in the tank and I subsequently lost a few corals. I then switched to API and Elos which both seem to be pretty good. I prefer the Elos kits but they are pretty expensive. My Elos test kits are about to run out and I'm thinking about using API exclusively simply because they are a lot cheaper. What do you think of the API kits? And also, has anyone tried the new Hanna digital Phosphate tester? Looks pretty good for the money.

I'll take the Nuke greens as well.

If you are retroing lights into a canopy it's a good Idea to use a couple of computer case fans to cool the canopy. I use two 12volt 120mm fans and a radioshack 12volt transformer. It works well and doesn't cost too much.

I'll take the purple deaths an some cloves.
-
Check out his sponsor forum............. Premium Aquarium.
Ok, thanks!

I believe Garret sells it but he is in Salem.
I thought RoseCity sold it too..... (scratch)

I'm talking about Rod's food
So far I've tried Upscales, Rosecity ( who even have a Rods food sticker on their fridge door, but no longer carry it), Soutas, Seahorse aquariums, and Salt water fantaseas. No luck with any of them. I used to buy it from Waves. :(
-
I've tried 4 or 5 shops and no one seems to carry it. Does anyone have any idea where I can get some locally?
-
Just got back from Randy's and all I can say is wow!
Super nice guy with super nice tank and frags to sell.. Wish I had more room in my tank coz he has some really nice corals.

PM sent regarding frags
-
Thanks for the kind words Mark.
Hope the tank's doing well.
-
How is your tank doing Mark?
-
It definately looks like aiptasia to me... I had a small outbreak and used joe's juice to rid my tank of it.
-
PM sent regarding your tank
-
Mark, send me a PM when you're ready to add some to your tank.
-
I'm in Beaverton also.. I've got plenty of xenia and green star polyps in my tank. You'd be welcome to a frag of each when you're ready to add some stuff.
-
I picked up my Rod's Food today from Waves, and the fish went nuts.
I only picked up one pack of the food because I know a lot of others on the forum want to try it out.
Thanks toddcarpenter
