Myself and many others have had bad experiences using silversides as an anemone food. Occasionally you'll get a bad one and it'll kill the anemone. I don't think that's the issue here, but I'd recommend not feeding silversides ime. I'd check your phosphates and see where they're at. Nitrates too for that matter.

$600 or $615 with the hanging kit.

None of my business.

Lol. Free advertising I guess?

I'm in and out all day, Jesse. If I'm not here Patrick know's what's going on. I don't have time to read through the whole thread right now.
-
We have room at the store and I can watch them for you till you figure it out. let me know, Jessie.
-
I'm gonna print this out to hand out to people at the store. So hard trying to convince people to setup proper quarantines.

It was sleeping in my digis last night. Hope it finds the sand bed at some point
If you were the guy moving the vans yesterday i was the guy with the kids not paying attention..lol

I actually don't work Saturdays.
The Flasher and Fairy wrasses don't actually sleep in the sand. They'll sleep in the rocks somewhere and make a mucus cocoon around them.

Love that McCoskers's. It came in really nice! Hope it and the Picasso's do well for you. Introduce yourself next time you're here, Jesse. I have probably met you already but can't remember.

What equipment does it come with?

Patrick at SWF has a pair of Maroon's that are 14 or so. Had them longer than his kids. I hate her, she makes me bleed often when my hands are in the tank and I forget to watch her.
-
That is not always true. For instance SWF uses 2 different salt mixes. They use Kent sea salt for their inexpensive salt and D&D salt for the more expensive salt. Both are available depending on which salt you want. While I do agree to a point that most stores only have one salt premixed available it is not always the cheapest salt as it is usually what is in all of their tanks. While I do like both Patrick and Woody I will never use woody's salt again. I did use it for some time out in the clownhouse and the consistancy of the mixes made me move away from it. It seemed to take longer than any salt I have ever used to dissolve and on more than one occasion mixed high on ph.
We use reef crystals for our inexpensive salt, now.

So im getting serious about these SOLs. If i get them i'm going to go with 4. Im a bit concerned about the color though. Can anyone comment about the control-ability of the blues? can i adjust the blue and white independently to get the color i want? i would be using the AI controller.
You can adjust the blue, royal blue, and white independently of each other.

People need to quit blaming fish stores on selling them a fish that won't work in the size of aquarium. We as the hobbyist should be asking the questions not them. I ask every time if the fish is fit for my size tank' date=' and tank mates. I've never once been misguided by Patrick or Tom.[/quote']

It's our job as a consumer to research the fish/animals we wish to buy. If you go buy a great dane and live in a one bedroom apartment with no yard; is it the job of the dog breeder to not sell you the dog because it will be miserable?

I have a used sheep I can offer up for trade.

Not enough light and I don't want to buy a second. Going to most likely build one, but switching to t-5's interim.

I bet you're not. Even though you are using the wrong kind of pellets. :-p You're going to have to eventually at least double the amount to get them lower than 10, I think. I know they work, I just hope you have as good of an experience with them as I have.

Radion led for sale. Used for 2 1/2 months. Perfect condition. Come with everything like new. I'll give it a day or two on here if anyone is interested, then post on r2r and rc.
$650.

Let me know if you need anything else, Brad. Good luck. I'm posting my radion for sale asap.

I've also been seriously debating going to this school, this fall. As far as I've heard, it's the best dive school in the country. I'm already certified, but would like to go into the field.

I like a couple smaller hermits and smaller snails (cerith, nerite) in a frag tank, as they won't knock things over but still help keep things clean.
-
I'd suggest some kind of small bristletooth tang and a banana wrasse. One for algae, the other for pest elimination.

Moving to Los Angeles and don't think I'm going to take my aquarium with me. It is currently running and setup and I would preferably like to sell it all as one, I will not be breaking it up at this time. I'm asking $900 for everything.
Equipment:
24x24x24 glass rimless cube
Vertex in-180 skimmer
Tunze Osmolator Auto topoff
eheim 1262 return pump/reactor feed
Aquamaxx biopellet reactor
Vortech Mp-40wes
and if you want a coralife 4 bulb 30" t-5 fixture that's currently lighting it.
It has a beananimal overflow so it's nearly silent. Only noise it makes is from the vortech.
Livestock:
50 pounds of sculpted Marco rock
Magnifica Anemone
Pair of True Percula
Solorensis Wrasse
Mccoskers Wrasse
Dispar Anthias
Helfrichi Firefish
Purple Firefish
Exquisite Fairy wrasse
Very small Blue tang
and a couple small gobies w/pistol shrimp
I will get updated pictures of the tank in the next day or so.
