Algae Posted December 31, 2010 Share Posted December 31, 2010 I can help you build one. I would use 3/8 cast sheet. At the plastics place they have all the cast in the cutting room. They may need to accompany you unless you know the secret words (the secret words are "I won't put my tongue on the Powermatic tablesaw blade while it is turning") Anyway I have a tablesaw with a new acrylic blade, acrylic router bits, router table and a jig.
