rgrcrain
So i'm sitting here reading posts and I hear a squealing coming from the MP10 I look up and the inner part is spinning round and round, should I be worried? I adjusted it and it stopped but wow, what the heck

tanktop74
"My Pump is Spinning Sometimes you may find that your wet side is spinning slowly in place within your aquarium. To correct this, apply pressure to the wet side against the aquarium glass. You will notice that some air escapes from the MP10 wet side gasket as the sponge is compressed against the glass. After this operation your pump should be held firmly in place against the glass without spinning. Repeat this operation anytime the wetside is removed and placed back in the aquarium." got this from this link... www.ecotechmarine-asia.com/support/manual/mp10_manual.pdf Hope this helps, I wouldn't worry for now. Would worry if it continues to happen even after doing the above! Beth

drock59
If the problem continues, give ecotech marine a call or email. I had a problem with my wetside a while back and they took care of me with no hassle at all.
