I've heard they can be picky, especialy the Fu man chu's. culp686 Posted May 24, 2010 Share Posted May 24, 2010 I would get a fuzzy. Thats what we got and he eats everything with no problem. We are feeding guppies and ghost shrimp for a month and then changing over to frozen. Did alot of research before getting one and found out the fuzzy dwarf lions are the easiest. Rick Posted May 24, 2010 Share Posted May 24, 2010 The fuzzy dwarfs are supposed to be the easiest. My first one started eating (frozen krill) after about 4 days. salt Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 be prepared to supply it with live food the entire time you have it, it is possible to ween them onto frozen, however it is not easy or likely fwiw.
