jason7504 Posted August 8, 2009 Share Posted August 8, 2009 i kind of want to get a dwarf lionfish..but then my other fish would have to go or be "food" i have a 34g mixed reef(or used to be..for now ) and now i have an: algae blenny a false perc 2 talbots damsels i want a fuzzy dwarf lion...what do you think i should do? ThePremiumAquarium Posted August 8, 2009 Share Posted August 8, 2009 They are pretty sweet and should do fine with any fish larger than their own mouth as mentioned previously. One thing to consider is that they poo alot! You would probably want to do more frequent water changes, skim harder, etc. if that became an issue. CA2OR Posted August 9, 2009 Share Posted August 9, 2009 my fish were fine...However, my serpant starfish ate my dwarf lionfish. I have 3 clowns, 1 chromie, 1 PT, 1 melanarus wrasse.
