I got them on the phone and for some reason the tech guy couldnt tell me to flip modes to get it to work. He sent a new one out and before i got it I figured out how to make the original one work. I just found it in my garage in the box. Since i never sent it back i was billed for it. Can bring to meeting..would like $45 for it. That'll save you ten bucks if you ordered and shipped it.
