I think this tank has been passed around on here for a while. You can see from the pic that it has definitely seen better days throughout its life.. Tank is in good shape but I kinda gave up on it a few months back and its covered in a few different types of algae. $500 takes it all Red sea Max130d and stand Kessil A360X Tuna blue with arm Nero 5 Powerhead BRS 4 Stage 75GPD RO/DI heater, pump, dry rock, screen cover, fancy clownfish, and a few corals that aren't doing great.....

With everything that is going and new responsibilities I just don’t have the time for my tank. Not fair to the things that live inside it. I haven’t done a water change in two month and my RODI just sprung a leak so im motivated to get rid of everything. $1600 bucks takes it all new its well over $4000 im in Canby. Wyoming white clowns 2 Flame hawk Six line Fox face Scopas Tang Cleaner shrimp To many frags to name but a mix of SPS, LPS, and Zoas ranging from frag to full colony . Probably pound of rock. There is some bubble algae and more than a little hair algae Red sea reefer Stand Sump Screen top Apex EL 3 AI prime HD maxspect gyre AI nero 5 tunze osmolator nano reef octopus skimmer heater eheim return pump im sure im missing a ton of stuff but it’s a functional setup but needs some attention.

I think I'm going to buy an Apex EL but I wanted to check here to see if anyone had a reason why I shouldn't. i.e something better coming out or somebody has the inside scoop on a sale or something... Just wanted to run it by the experts!!

I am thinking about swapping 48" 8 bulb ATI T5 fixture for LEDs, I love the light but its more than I need. That said I figured I would check here to see if anybody had like 3 Prime HDs or 2 xr15s or something similar. I would also sell it for $350. bulbs are between 6-3 months old and mostly blue+. (old pic)

So I’m moving (only about 10 miles) which means I have to move my reefer 350. I should have a few days to get everything moved tank and everything else. I have a couple of options 1- I have a spare 40 gallon all in one which I could set up in the new house then transfer rock and livestock. This would allow me to take my time but may be more stressful for livestock. 2 - move the tank and set it up as fast as I can... Thoughts? Thanks!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks guys. I did a bit more digging and it seems like schools are not “where we want them to be”. But with the volume of $500k+ houses going in I would imagine that’s got to start to change. The train is about a half mile away.... so not to sure about that, I’m sure I would hear something. Also the “gun club” is about a half a mile away, so I’m not sure how loud that will be. We are putting our house in Oregon city up for sale... we were planning on buying in Oregon city but found a house in canby we really like. It’s only about 15 min from my current house but it turns out I know nothing about canby... Anybody have an opinion?? Schools, community vibe..... anything would help. Thanks! I’ve got a 36 inch 4 bulb ATI fixture that I no longer need. I bought it off of here a while back, works great. Looking for 200 buck or trade for mp40 or coral.
