  1. The refractometer was purchased from Marine Depot several years ago... I can't be 100% sure whether it has ATC or not as there are no markings on it and I don't remember with certainty (just being honest). That being said, it looks exactly like the one Marine Depot is still selling today and it has ATC.
  2. Sump and media reactor have been sold.
  3. Pictures of the chiller were requested, here they are. The corrosion on the inside is why I'm selling it cheaply. It was still working as of a month ago but I haven't hooked it up to a pump (since I no longer have any) to find out exactly where the leak was or is.
  4. I've 4 old bulbs you can have if you can pick them up tomorrow. Send me a PM if you want them.
  5. I finally drained my tank about a month ago and now I have several pieces of equipment I don't need anymore: - My Reef Creations Becket-style Protein skimmer (MR2 model), single injector. There are some small cracks on the riser & the injector tube which I’ve repaired – neither influence the skimmer performance. $125 - My Reef Creations Skimmer Overflow – 4.5” diameter, 6” high. $30 - 75 gpd RO filter with clear housings – needs a new sediment filter. $60 - Custom 3/8” Acrylic sump (w=14.5”, h=16”, l=33”) with 1.5” bulkhead and ball valve. $150 Sold - Tunze Osmolator Auto Top-off System with a custom Acrylic 8.5”x18”x19.5” (~12 gal.) reservoir to hold the makeup water. Needs a new meter pump ($25 online) but is a great system for top off since it has overflow protection. $80 - Current USA Sundial T5 High Output Light Fixture – 4x54w 48” - In great condition. Comes with two integrated timers for dawn/dusk cycles, plus LED “lunar” lights. Five used bulbs included. $120 - Two Little fishes media reactor $10 Sold - 1/6 hp Aquamedic Titan Chiller. Was under my house and had some leaking around the fittings which caused some rusting of the housing. Still works fine. $75 - Sunpark T-5 Ballast for 2x54w. Never used. $15 - Refractometer $30 - Tunze Cleaning Magnet (for ½” -5/8” glass) - $20 PM if you're interested in any of these items.
  6. Sorry everyone, the fish and corals were all sold as a package last night. Thanks for the interest.
  7. I'm breaking down my tank since I don't have enough spare time to spend on maintenance anymore. I've had the fish below for a couple years so they are well adjusted and healthy. They readily eat sinking pellets and frozen cube preparations: Peacock Wrasse (Halichoeres Argus - see picture), 5" - $20 Kole Tang, 4" - $10 Perc. Clown, ~3" - $5 I also have a couple of corals and starfish: Orange-Green Rhodactis Mushrooms - 9 polyps on it - $15 6" Neon Green Favia - $5 2 black/brown serpent starfish - free with any sale Pink Pom Pom Xenia - free with any sale Please send me a PM if interested.
  8. I'm breaking down my tank since I don't have enough spare time to spend on maintenance anymore. I've had the fish below for a couple years so they are well adjusted and healthy. They readily eat sinking pellets and frozen cube preparations: Peacock Wrasse (Halichoeres Argus - see picture), 5" - $40 Kole Tang, 4" - $25 Perc. Clown, ~3" - $10 I also have a couple of corals and starfish: Orange-Green Rhodactis Mushrooms - 9 sm. polyps on it - $25 6" Neon Green Favia - $10 2 black/brown serpent starfish - free with any sale Pink Pom Pom Xenia - free with any sale Its been brought to my attention that sellers should be explicit as to the terms of sale so I want to be upfront regarding mine: 1. I don't offer any money back guarantee as I cannot control what happens to the livestock once it leaves my house. If you are not completely satisfied with the health of the fish, please tell me before you leave with them so we can discuss options. 2. I won't remove fish from the tank until you arrive - this prevents unnecessary stress to the fish in case you want to watch it feed, you get stuck in traffic on the way, or simply change you mind. Please send me a PM if interested.
  9. Sigh - the crowd mentality is why I left this message board a couple of years ago.... before the club was actually at this URL and instead shared space at another site. I was actually an early PNWMAS member when it formed but life gets busy and you stop checking the boards several times a day or going to the meetings. Before you know it - you're no longer "known" because you have few posts at the "new" URL and therefore a risk to buy from. The reality is that anytime you transfer a fish between two tanks you have the same exact risk of stress to the fish. I can't control what happens once the fish leaves my door, so yes, I sell "as is" going out the door. I've seen too many people not take the time to test the salinity and pH of the water that comes with the fish to have faith that they properly acclimate every time. Mike may not fall in this bucket but I'm not a business, I'm just trying to find someone who can give my fish a good home instead of a near death sentence if I take them to a LFS. The benefit of my fish vs. a LFS is that they are eating pellet foods and they've been acclimated to a home tank for 3 years. Most of the fish in a LFS were trans-shipped within the last month, so you take your chances either way. In the case of the Angel, it got stuck in the net. I let Mike help free it as I wanted him to feel comfortable with the condition of it. We watched it swim around in a bucket and discussed how some tissue on the gill spine had been damaged and then Mike said he'd take it and give it a good acclimation. Less than a perfectly healthy fish isn't what I intended to deliver but Mike seemed confident it would be fine and left. There was no hemming or hawing, I was handed the money and he said good bye. Once I found out that the Angel didn't make it, I offered Mike half his money back given the gill spine damage was clearly on my shoulders. I thought this the most fair since I couldn't control what happened once it left my house - I would have just as easily been fine with putting it back into my tank. So that's my side... I won't spend time justifying further. If anyone is still interested in the fish I have, just drop me a PM - Should you show up for them and feel they are anything less than exactly what you expect, just say so and you don't have to take them.
  10. Angel is gone - cut prices on the other fish.
  11. I'm breaking down my tank and it's time for the fish to go. I've had all of these for a couple years so they are well adjusted and healthy. They readily eat sinking pellets as well as frozen cube preparations: Peacock Wrasse (Halichoeres Argus), 5" - $40 Kole Tang, 4" - $30 Perc. Clown, ~3" - $10 PM me if interested. Chris
  12. Most of my LR has been sold but I still have ~ 20 lbs left, most of which has been in my sump and has no algae growth on it. Still have a piece of LR with a large Favia on it too.
  13. I'm PM'ed you guys back.... Everything in black on the list is still available.
