James if you can wait for him. otherwise i would go to Tenecor for a custom build. It is not easy to get a perfect seam with 1" acrylic and you may even want to go thicker.

The vertical Durso is a great way to reduce noise although i make them a little different than the link posted by josh

Drop in the shop Saturday and i can kit you out with some stuff. I have a 100 gal tub, about 6 food safe sealed 55g drums for water transport. and about 400-500 gallons worth of 5 and 6 gallon jugs. i also have a ton of 5gal buckets. PS, i also have Styrofoam boxes you can borrow too.

Please test your phosphate in your tank. then run a new batch of mixed water and let it sit for 24hours with a powerhead. then test all the parms of that. let me know if you got the salt from me. if it does turn out to be bad i will bust some skulls to get you taken care of... at least with some good salt.

How long will you need the stuff? i may have some tubs, jugs, and barrels at the shop you can borrow.

you can also use clear coroplast. it is like plastic cardboard and i use it in the shop. it works great too. Jay needed a vacation so we didnt get anything from his trip. but we will be making an order soon if everything turns out.

Thanks Kendaroo and noob! yes i have 2 cases of the black stuff. i had to take the price up a little to $15 per full sheet. 4x2... but we arent open till friday so if you need it right away i am pretty sure patrick has it.

sorry for the late reply. i was at the shop at 8AM and just got home (yes that was a 17 hour day for me...) no, they didnt and i called to find out that the expected delivery date is actually thursday, so thursday it is. it is amazing how little control i have as an owner. for those on the outskirts who need to get theirs. let me know if you still need help. i have resources.

No delivery today and i stayed until 8PM... my boss kicked me out. should be in tomorrow and if it isnt there by 11-12 i will be calling.

you guys have no idea how hard it is to work while waiting for a pallet of something this sweet... my boss is going to hate me today.

Ok folks, Here is the skinny. The shop here is closed during the week and open on Friday-Sunday. I have made arrangements with the Pond Shop next door so if you come during the week Paul can get in and get you your stuff. I will be sending each buyer a PM with a number assigning you to your stuff you ordered. please bring that number with you so you can get your saw. I hope they are in to me by monday so i can get them to the shop ASAP. I will post to let you know. Cheers all!

Order placed. Great job everyone, we cleaned them out. They will ship on Thursday by freight. the one hitch is that i needed a semi loading dock since we are getting a pallet. Good thing i manage the office at a contractor with a loading dock. now, quick question. I am getting these delivered in Hillsboro. I need to know who wants to pick their saw up on the east side and who wants it on the east side. everything should arrive Monday or Tuesday
