Thanks to Jeff at Cuttle Fish and Corals for getting all the great raffle items and some that are brand new to the hobby. I’m intrigued by this new salt brought to you by the same company that makes Instant Ocean and Reef Crystals. They are adding amino acids and food to help support the beneficial bacteria. We will be raffling off one bucket at the meeting Sunday. I personally don’t recommend switching salts if your tank is doing well but right now I have a fish only tank and would be a great time to try it out. I wanted to take the time to talk about our Tanks for Teachers program as all proceeds from the raffles will go towards this wonderful program. This is an educational program run by the PNWMAS to introduce children to the wonders of our world’s coral reefs, foster appreciation and education of delicate ecosystems and encourage participation in conservation efforts. We provide the aquariums , necessary supplies and livestock for schools throughout the Pacific Northwest. The tanks were all shut down during the pandemic and the money we make from the raffles will help get this program back up and running !

You are in for a special treat of street tacos and all the fixings made with love ❤️.Cuttle Fish and Corals is contributing 1000 dollars and PNWMAS is contributing 500 dollars for food and drink. Sirena Long is contributing hours and hours of love filled labor so that everyone can enjoy. It’s so good we often get asked how much it is and it is FREE! If you want to use that money you would have spent to buy coral to support CNC , raffle tickets , buy a membership to our club or donate to the club or Tanks for Teachers that’s up to you. This is an event to appreciate all you special reefers out there who have stuck with the club and have supported CNC all these years.
