Good morning! I am looking to get rid of a completely unused Reef Genesis. It has been opened only to take it out of the box and check out the system, then placed right back in the box. It has never even seen water, much less saltwater. This is 3 years old and has been waiting 3 years for us to use it - and now I'm getting out of the hobby. This is the entire bundle and I'd love to get $800 for it. The bundle is $979 direct from the store. Pick up is in Hillsboro by Orenco station. Not interested in parting out the bundle at this point.

I have apparently lost all interest in the reef and have ignored it for far too long. I am hoping that some brave soul will want the gear/livestock enough to take it down, take it away, clean it up and give everything a nicer shot at life. Getting this thing out of here is all the payment required. Delivery is not available. You must come tear down and haul away by yourself. Bring whatever help you need, of course. Much of the livestock is surprisingly thriving, growing, and doing well: 2 Snowcasa clowns Tons of star polyps Tons of xenia Green sinularia A variety of mushrooms There are possibly other corals doing well in there. Unfortunately also thriving are: Cyanobacteria Aiptaisa Star polyps Xenia Presumably nitrates There are a variety of snails and beneficial stars. Equipment: 29 gallion biocube with stand Sol nano module 2 Hydor Korallias and a Hydor wave switch thing An upgraded circulation pump The tank is skimmerless, the Biocube skimmer died many ages ago. Deltec MCE600, works perfectly, needs a good cleaning, $250. Ugly black hood with 2 250w MH retrofit in with external no-name ballast, $200. Has 2 lunar lights screwed in as well. Existing bulbs are a year old so need replacing. Glass tank: 4' length, 12" back to front, 24" tall, possible leak (not sure), cost is you coming to get it, use at your own risk. Stand for above tank - Marineland Heartland stand. A few dings and scratches here and there, tank is pictured here http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3804465, mine needs a good cleaning but is in decent shape. $50. All prices very negotiable, mostly I want it out. The tank and stand will be ready in a few hours, I need to pull out 50lbs of sand and a ton of slate as it was in the process of being setup for cichlids. Everything else ready immediately. Not quite postal, but I felt bad that everything was looking so sad and well, ugly. =) Mike took everything inside the tank and it is now shut down. I may post some of the equipment over the next few days, but am still deciding if I want to keep it towards the future. Thank you everyone for your interest, and thank you to Mike and your lovely wife for coming by and taking it away so quickly!

The more you take the easier for me. That's why this is priced so low. I want it gone more than I want the money. Crazy, I know. Thanks!

$5/coral (or head in the case of ricordea), $5/fish + the pain of the purchaser coming and removing said thing from the tank. If someone comes and takes *all of it* you can have it, for $100. Including rock. Just come and get this thing empty.

I don't have the time, energy, or desire anymore to deal with a saltwater aquarium. Essentially I want to get rid of everything that is inside my tank. That includes two Rod's Onyx clowns, a large rose bubble-tip anemone, a splendid pseudochromis who is a mean little man (gender not known actually), a blue assessor, a bunch of mushrooms, sps, lps. There's also a limited edition supernova psamacorra from Seahorse in there. The tank has not been maintained well, I won't deliver. If there's no interest I'll pull the rock and let it dry out, catch the fish and hope a local fish store will take them in. I'm willing to let this all go very cheap in order to find it a new home. No pricing included, give me a price and tell me when you can come by. Known people from these forums can come visit and buy what they want. I'm in Hillsboro. Hook up with me if you're interested, please. Want this stuff gone asap. Once the livestock is gone I'll likely sell off the lights, ro/di unit and skimmer.
