Jay
I never thought I could get this excited about a algae scraper but this sucker rocks. Try it. Its a windsheild scraper with a alloy blade that has rounded corners. Did not scratch my tank at all and I was really going at the coraline. Beats the other 4 or 5 scrapers I have tried. Turned a 2 hour job into 5 minuts. Really....thick old stubborn pink coraline just scrapped off like it was nothing. It is exactly this scraper. vanz
Do you have an acrylic or glass tank? BTW, can't see the image or price in that link.

albertareef
Thanks for the tip Jay. I think I have one of those on the seat of my car right now - I will have to give it a try. The description says the blade is brass (which matches mine) does that sound right to you?
Jay
Well...its actually alloy. Most of the descriptions on the internet say alloy. Mine is not brass. Jay

dsoz
The description says the blade is brass (which matches mine) does that sound right to you? Brass contains copper. That would be bad for your tank. :( thanks for the tip Jay. I may have to try something like that next time the coraline monster needs to be scraped. dsoz
